We understand that adding a French Bulldog or an American Bully to your family is an important decision, and we’re here to streamline the process for you. By reserving a puppy from one of our upcoming litters with a $500 deposit, you can secure your preferred pick and bypass our waiting list.
Reservation Process Overview:
How to Reserve a Puppy from an Upcoming Litter
To secure a spot on our waitlist, a $250 deposit is required.
- At three weeks old, you’ll be contacted to select your puppy.
- To confirm your chosen puppy, an additional $500 deposit is required, with the remainder of the balance due upon delivery.
- All funds paid towards the waitlist and deposits will be credited towards the final purchase price of your puppy.
- Upon receipt of your deposit, a deposit agreement will be provided for your review and signature.
Important Points to Consider
- Puppy selection follows the sequence of deposits received on the waitlist. When puppies are born, individuals on the waitlist will choose their puppies in order of deposit. Selections are made once the puppies reach three weeks of age, and attempts to contact buyers will be made via phone, text, and email. Failure to respond within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- For currently available puppies, the SELLER accepts a one-time deposit of $500. The BUYER will then choose their puppy from the available selection that is not already reserved.
- If a deposit holder cannot choose a puppy due to unavailability, their deposit will be transferred to a future litter. Deposits are non-refundable in other circumstances but may be transferred to subsequent litters.
- Buyers who opt not to purchase a puppy from the litter for which they initially placed a deposit may forfeit their deposit or transfer it to a future litter when a suitable puppy becomes available.
Reservation Timing
Upon completion of the breeding process, we will begin accepting puppy pick deposits. Interested parties can secure their spot at the top of the waiting list by contacting us with their puppy specifications and paying the required deposit.
Time Limit for Selection
- Buyers will be asked to make their puppy selections once the puppies reach three weeks of age. Multiple attempts will be made to contact buyers via phone, text, and email. Failure to respond within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Photos of the puppies will typically be provided within a week of their birth, and selection announcements will be made accordingly. Puppies are typically held for 8-10 weeks, during which they undergo mandatory wellness checks by a veterinarian. After receiving health certification, the puppies are ready to go to their new homes. Buyers will receive regular updates on their puppy’s progress through photos, video calls, and texts.
- Upon selecting a puppy, buyers must make a second deposit of $500 within a 24-hour window to secure their position in line.
Transferable Deposits
- Deposits that cannot be applied due to unavailability during the selection process will be transferred to a future litter. While deposits are generally non-refundable, they can be transferred within the first three weeks of a puppy’s life if necessary.
- Should a buyer choose not to purchase a puppy from the initially selected litter, they may forfeit their deposit or transfer it to a future litter when a suitable puppy becomes available.
Confidentiality of Deposit List:
The deposit list is kept confidential and is not disclosed to any third parties. We maintain communication with our customers throughout the process and provide updates when puppies are ready for adoption. Only first names are included in our waiting list to provide an overview of the queue ahead.
